sun opposes saturn: working within limitations can boost your creativity

no matter who you are, life demands that we work within restrictions & limitations.

however, we can be innovative within any blocks today as the Sun in Leo opposes Saturn in Aquarius at 1.11pm ET (an angel passes!). be creative!

Saturn represents rules & restrictions, the limitations of our current situation.  The Sun signifies the self, the ego.

the Sun in Leo inspires us to dream big and think of all the wonderful things we might accomplish today.   With Venus also in the proud sign of the Lion, we expect others to value us was highly as we perceive ourselves.

however, with Saturn in detached Aquarius, we may find that our egos are checked by the indifference of others, which bruises our fragile sense of personal status.

although this transit may cause us to feel overlooked or degraded.  Additionally, the Moon entered Aries at 4.44pm ET (an angel passes!), which might cause us to feel belligerent, attempting to bash others over the head in our attempts to get them to love and honor us.  If this impulsive strategy works, I guarantee you that it will be a short-lived victory.  

we cannot force others to love us, to be in a relationship with us, to honor us.

The only solution is to let go, and let God (or whatever Being or Principle outside of yourself takes this role).  by connecting with the detached perspective of Saturn in Aquarius, we can see ourselves as equals with all sentient beings, rather than as tyrants attempting to impose our will on them.

meanwhile, Mars in grounded Taurus trine Pluto in Capricorn gives a more grounded, Earthy feeling to the day.  We sense that by taking concrete, tangible steps, we can move toward any goal, no matter how daunting.  Pluto, the so-called Lord of the Underworld, endows us with insight to examine whatever emotional or psychological blocks have been standing in our way now.
