· life coaching certification through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching);
· hypnosis therapist practitioner certification;
· advanced reiki studies;
yoga and astrology have been major contributing interests throughout my life, and I have spent many hours reading and gleaning a profound understanding of astrology and its attendant mysteries.
I dedicated myself to reiki and hypnosis practice as vehicles through which to help my clients access better performance, creativity, and well-being.
I believe in empowering my clients to discovering your own path. Spirituality and the untapped tools we possess are crucial building blocks to a fuller life experience, but it can mean different things to different people.

BACKGROUND
…despite a very education-heavy & corporate-heavy background, I have found that my greatest passion has been in seeking spirituality and understanding the world around me. this led me to study… acting, directing, playwriting, photography. I also continued to immerse myself in the study of dance, yoga, Jewish mysticism (Kabbalah), Reiki, and other spiritual practices. my lifelong commitment to spirituality and creativity has inspired me to study various religions and philosophies, theater and dance performance, secular and religious spiritual literature and healing modalities. For me, art and spirituality are fundamentally intertwined.
