Yoga & Meditation

While yoga practice is now widely accepted and embraced, I partner with my clients to discover which yoga paths and postures will most authentically unleash the spirit – a customized, mindful approach that we build together.

I am a 300-hr certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. Jivamukti’s approach is a mix of yoga asana (postures), pranayama, meditation, scripture, philosophy, and Sanskrit. I have pursued additional yoga teacher trainings, such as Integral Yoga’s “Yoga for Arthritis” certification. I’m also a big fan of hot yoga!🔥🧘🏻‍♀️⚡️
