20 feb: pisces new moon

early today, the Moon is in futuristic Aquarius, the Sun has launched its journey of intuitive Pisces, sensitizing us to the story behind the façade.  We are readying our antennae for the messages that the cosmos is sending us.

Venus in gentle Pisces sextiles Pluto in Capricorn, helping us to get under the skin of our lovers and increase intimacy, rather than subsisting on the surface level.

The Moon will enter Pisces tonight at 11.56pm ET.

This will be a particularly sensual and potent New Moon, because Pisces’ rulers, Neptune + Jupiter, are aspected.  (The Moon will officially be “New” from 12.24am ET - 3.48am ET, so if you’re into manifesting, the wee hours of the morning will be particularly potent.)

With the Moon and Neptune in the Mutable Water sign of Pisces, we are picking up on powerful vibes and intuitions.  It’s an excellent time to get in touch with spirit and express your creativity. 

Jupiter, Pisces’ traditional ruler, is now in the Cardinal Fire sign of Aries, where it amplifies all our emotion and desire.  

Ironically, late tonight, Venus will enter the fire sign of Aries (finding expansive Jupiter there), and the week will get off (ahem) to a passionate start.
