Hypnosis and Meditation share something quite fundamental: each represents a journey within the Self. Meditation practice is the gift we give ourselves of quieting and focusing the mind. Hypnosis, however, represents a targeted dive, a guided journey into the self with a trained practitioner.
The purpose of hypnosis is to let go of the rigidity that is keeping us from tapping into a deeper intelligence.
While meditation typically keeps us along the plane of the conscious mind, hypnosis facilitates the inner search for unconscious drives that are currently programming our behavior. Through my hypnosis practice, I have helped clients with pain management, releasing unwanted habits, and building confidence and presence, and while shifting negative behavioral patterns.
Meditation is a critical daily practice for productivity and well-being.
Hypnosis is a tool best used for addressing particular long-standing problems or behaviors that we wish to eradicate or transform.
