v-star weekly: astro-yoga rituals 4 survival

Week of December 22–28, 2025

Venus Goes “Tradition, Tradition” in Capricorn (and Your Love Life Wants a 2026 Plan)

This is one of those holiday weeks where the vibe is cozy… but the cosmos is quietly handing you a clipboard.  Cue the Capricorn efficiency queen.

On Christmas Eve (Wed, Dec 24), Venus makes two big moves: first, she squares Neptune (hello, rose-colored glasses + boundary blur), and then she enters Capricorn—her VIP lounge of commitment, standards, and “show me you mean it.”

The Plot Twist on X-mas Eve: Venus Square Neptune

When Venus and Neptune clash, love gets dreamy… and limits get fuzzy. You might over-give, over-explain, over-commit, or try to be everyone’s magical holiday therapist. Translation: don’t accidentally martyr yourself with gift wrap and logistical rescues. If someone can take a Lyft, they can take a Lyft.

Micro-ritual (for everyone, 2 minutes):

Put one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Ask: “What’s mine to carry—and what’s not?” Write one boundary in your Notes app and keep it simple.  You don’t have to take on others’ burdens – each of us most face our own “cross” and do our part.

Venus in Capricorn: Love With Standards (and a Shared Vision)

Later on Christmas Eve, Venus enters Capricorn Dec 24 → Jan 17, and romance gets practical—in a sexy way. Capricorn Venus likes reliability, timelines, and effort that matches words. This is prime territory for:

  • defining the “situationship” (kindly, but firmly)

  • making plans that include money, time, and reality

  • choosing partners who can co-create, not just consume the vibe

Saturday’s First Quarter Moon in Aries: Desire Check

Sat, Dec 27 @ ~2:10 PM ET the Moon hits First Quarter, in Aries—a pivot point that asks: What do I actually want… and what am I just chasing because it sparkles?

Micro-ritual (30 seconds):

Before you buy / RSVP / commit: “Trial run first.” One tiny test beats a dramatic U-turn later.

Mercury Trine Chiron: The Repair Conversation

Also Sat, Dec 27, Mercury harmonizes with Chiron—great for gentle truth, sincere apologies, and naming what hurts without making it a courtroom drama.

Closing Note

This week is a holiday lesson in boundaries + devotion: don’t over-give under Venus–Neptune, and don’t play small under Venus in Capricorn. Love gets to be warm and well-structured. That’s not “too much.” That’s called building something that lasts. 💜
