mars enters gemini: scattered initiatives
today Mars enters Gemini tonight at 9.49pm ET, for a whopping 7-month stay. due to the Mars retrograde coming in Oct 30- Jan 12, our drives, will, and determination will be influenced by the sign of the Twins until 2023.
Mars in Taurus was a challenging transit, as hard-charging Mars is not particularly at home in Taurus, which prefers a steady sustained effort (as opposed to impulse and aggression). Taurus energy seeks comfort - while Mars wants to dive in and act (sometimes without thinking thru all the angles).
Well, Mars in Gemini will certainly think through every possible angle (and even innovate a few more, as Geminis do!)
Mars in Gemini calls us to use our rational minds to dissect problems…and decide quickly based on available information. We won’t want to restrict our impulses in any area of life - work, love, our interests.
Mars in Gemini can inspire us to talk things through more readily, crowd-sourcing our next move. I believe social media will be even more “lit” for the next 7 months (Gemini energy loves gossip and hot-takes), but watch that conversations can quickly turn aggressive, both online and offline.
However, we may be flighty, not really knowing where our passions lie, we will certainly be versatile and open-minded as we think about our next moves. Mars in Gemini may inspire us to talk talk talk, then move in 1000 directions, stopping, starting, spinning around in circles without really moving forward in a conscious manner.
